About Us

Our story

The story behind Timberbrook Builders

We’re a small husband and wife-owned company focused on the belief that building a home shouldn't be primarily about profit, production minimums, and margins, but about creating a space for people to thrive. We believe in building sustainably and efficiently, with an intentional focus on building comfortable, low-maintenance, people-centered homes and buildings.

Tyler has been in the building industry for 15 years, and Alicia has been working in the business, design, and technology industry for the last 12 years. Together they lead Timberbrook Builders.

Our ethos

Quality, sustainability, and people-centricity

are the themes that guide our business.
We obsess over quality. The homes we build and remodel are designed for longevity, comfort, utility, and are built sustainably.
39%
of energy consumption in the US comes from buildings
Building envelope optimization can significantly contribute to reducing this energy consumption, resulting in lower utility bills and a smaller carbon footprint.
30%
of building materials on the construction site end up as waste
Up-front planning and efficient building practices can help lower this number, reducing waste that ends up in landfills.
